This is Tetsume, a Kappa born of noble Kappa Warrior blood. His parents died fighting against an ancient Babylonian demon that made it's way to Japan and threatened both its human and spiritual inhabitants. He is an orphan taken in by the new Emperor of Kappa-kind. He is a bit of a rough houser, and is constantly getting into trouble with his other Kappa buddies. He also has a crush on the Kappa Emperors daughter, Hanako. Kappa have come a long way since the ancient days of antagonizing humans, but Tetsume is not the biggest fan of humans (much like this artist). You can only imagine his reaction when he is told that he must travel to the realm of Man to save both of their worlds...
